So if I could buy excellent croissants, I would be to assemble my own croissant-wich or stuff my croissants with salted egg yolk custard, chocolate, kaya, ice cream, nutella, sambal petai and… well, the list goes on. An excellent croissant provides the base for any fillings that you fancy, don’t you think?
